Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of how photofeat handles accounts, uploaded photos, likeness data, prompts, generated images, payments, and product analytics.

1. Overview

photofeat is an AI photo studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit https://www.photofeat.com, create an account, upload photos, generate images, or use related tools.

Because our product may process photos of people, prompts, model-training artifacts, and generated images, we treat your account content as private workspace data. This policy is written to describe how that data is handled in the product.

2. Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, login method, subscription status, billing metadata, and support messages.

We collect creative workflow data such as uploaded photos, prompts, selected styles, generation settings, generated images, saved outputs, model references, seeds, usage history, and similar product activity.

We collect technical data such as device information, browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, cookies, log data, error reports, and analytics events.

Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

3. How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, authenticate you, operate the product, process payments, provide support, and communicate important service updates.

We use uploads, prompts, settings, and generated images to deliver the AI photo workflows you request, including personal photo generation, editing, style presets, saved galleries, and related workspace features.

We use technical and analytics data to debug issues, prevent abuse, measure product performance, improve onboarding, and understand which features are useful.

4. Uploaded photos, likeness data, and generated images

Your uploaded photos and generated images are used to provide the service to your account. This may include temporary processing, model personalization, image generation, editing, storage, preview rendering, and download delivery.

We do not sell your uploaded photos or generated images. We do not use private customer uploads to train shared public models unless you have clearly given us permission to do so.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right and consent to upload photos of any person. If you upload images of another person, you must have permission to use their likeness with the service.

Generated images may look realistic but may also contain errors, distortions, incorrect details, or unintended similarities. You should review outputs before using them publicly or commercially.

5. Third-party processors

We use service providers to run photofeat, including cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, analytics, email delivery, file storage, AI model hosting, image generation infrastructure, and customer support tools.

These providers may process limited information on our behalf only to provide their services to us. Their use of information is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing commitments.

Depending on your workflow, uploaded photos, prompts, or generated images may be sent to AI infrastructure providers for processing. We choose providers based on product quality, security, reliability, and operational needs.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure traffic, understand feature usage, and improve the product.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly, especially authentication and paid account features.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Uploaded photos, personalized model artifacts, and generated images may be retained while your account is active so you can access previous work, regenerate styles, and manage your workspace.

You can request deletion of your account or specific personal data by contacting [email protected]. We may need to retain limited records where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, managed infrastructure, and security practices appropriate for an online creative tool.

No online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for contacting us if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Your choices and rights

You may access, update, export, or delete certain information through the product where those controls are available.

You may also contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. We may still send transactional messages about your account, payments, security, or service changes.

10. Children

photofeat is not intended for children under 13. You may not upload, generate, or distribute sexual, exploitative, or unsafe content involving minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.

11. International processing

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws different from your local laws.

When required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, laws, or business needs change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, email, or the product.

Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
