These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of photofeat, including https://www.photofeat.com, account features, AI photo generation tools, editing tools, galleries, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By using photofeat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

photofeat provides AI-powered photo generation and creative tooling for use cases such as dating profiles, LinkedIn headshots, ad creatives, fashion concepts, model portfolios, product imagery, and personal brand content.

The service may include prompt-based generation, image editing, saved outputs, gallery inspiration, style presets, model personalization, upload workflows, and other creative tools we add over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not use photofeat if you are barred from using the service under applicable law, if your account was previously terminated for abuse, or if your use would violate these Terms.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent for any photo, prompt, reference image, likeness, trademark, brand asset, or other material you upload or submit to photofeat.

If you upload photos of another person, you must have that person's permission to use their likeness with AI generation and editing tools.

You may not use photofeat to impersonate a person in a deceptive way, create non-consensual intimate or sexual content, mislead people about real events, or violate publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

As between you and photofeat, you retain ownership of content you upload. You grant photofeat a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transform, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service, secure the platform, and support your account.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, you may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making sure your use of them is lawful and appropriate for your intended context.

AI-generated outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, especially when users submit similar prompts, styles, or settings.

You may not use photofeat to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content.

You may not use the service for sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, identity theft, biometric surveillance, unlawful discrimination, election deception, or evasion of safety systems.

You may not scrape the service, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access without permission, share accounts, bypass paywalls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the product.

Some features require a paid subscription, one-time purchase, or credit balance. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and plan limits are shown at checkout or inside the product.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel through the product where available or by contacting support.

Credits, generations, and subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. We may issue discretionary refunds or credits, but doing so once does not require us to do so again.

AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may include distorted faces, inaccurate details, unexpected artifacts, biased results, or content that does not match your prompt.

photofeat does not guarantee that any output will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, accepted by a platform, or free from third-party claims.

You are responsible for checking generated images before publishing, advertising, printing, selling, or otherwise using them.

We may change, suspend, remove, or limit parts of the service at any time, including models, styles, features, pricing, usage limits, and providers.

We try to keep photofeat reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, model failures, abuse prevention, or events outside our control.

photofeat, the website, product design, brand, software, workflows, documentation, prompts, templates, and underlying systems are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our product, code, brand, or systems except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, abused the product, failed to pay, or used the service in a way that could harm photofeat, our users, or third parties.

We may remove content or outputs when needed to enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to complaints, prevent abuse, or protect the service.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, photofeat disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, photofeat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or costs of substitute services.

We may update these Terms as the product, laws, providers, or business needs change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, email, or the product.
